These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the "Dark Color" Lightroom preset (the "Product") sold by Camer ("we", "us", "our") through this website and our authorized checkout partners. By purchasing or downloading the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Product

The Product is a digital Lightroom/Adobe Camera Raw preset file (.xmp) delivered electronically. It is intended for use in Adobe Lightroom (Mobile, Classic, CC) and Adobe Camera Raw. No physical item is shipped.

2. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Product for both personal and commercial photo editing. You may:

• Apply the preset to your own photographs, including photos you edit for paying clients.
• Install and use the preset on your own devices.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the preset file itself.
• Include the preset in any preset pack, bundle, or product offered to others.
• Claim the preset as your own creation.

3. Payment & Delivery

Payments are processed by our checkout partners (including Gumroad and PayPal). After successful payment, the preset file and an installation guide are delivered to the email address you provide, typically instantly. If you do not receive it, please contact us (see below) and we will resend it.

4. Intellectual Property

The Product, this website, and all associated content, branding, and sample images remain the intellectual property of Camer. Purchasing the Product grants you a usage license only, not ownership of the underlying work.

5. Refunds

Because the Product is a digital file delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final except where required by applicable law. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer

The Product is provided "as is". Editing results vary depending on the original photo's lighting, exposure, camera, and subject. Sample and before/after images are illustrative and do not guarantee identical results on your own photos. We do not warrant that the Product will meet every expectation or be error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase or use of the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
